Privacy & Cookies Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

VD&B Partners (trade name currently carried by Etba, SComm — BE 1036.897.732, Avenue des Camélias 42, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre) is responsible for processing personal data collected via this site. For any question, you can write to us at info@vdb-partners.be.

2. What data we collect

This site does not automatically collect any personal data during simple browsing, unless you accept the use of Google Analytics via the consent banner (see section 6, Cookies).

The only data we receive is what you voluntarily send us, for example by writing to our contact address: your name, your email address, the content of your message, and any other information you choose to include.

3. Why we use it

PurposeLegal basis
Responding to your contact requestPre-contractual legitimate interest
Managing a business relationship or ongoing missionContract performance

4. How long we keep it

Data submitted through a simple contact request is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted if no further action follows. In the case of a contractual relationship (a mission entrusted to VD&B Partners), data is kept for the duration necessary to carry out the mission, plus the legal retention periods (Belgian accounting and tax obligations).

5. Who has access to your data

Your data is processed exclusively by the two partners of VD&B Partners. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers strictly necessary for the site's operation (hosting provider, email service) or with authorities where required by law.

6. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to measure its audience, only if you explicitly consent via the banner shown on your first visit. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of each page.

These cookies are set by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), based on your consent. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can consult Google's privacy policy for more details.

This site also uses Google Fonts to display typefaces, which involves loading resources from Google's servers upon visiting — independently of your choice regarding Google Analytics. This loading does not install a tracking cookie but does involve a technical transfer of your IP address to Google, necessary to display the page.

If your browser or an extension blocks Google's scripts, the consent banner may not work properly — in that case, no data is transmitted anyway.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@vdb-partners.be. We respond within a maximum of one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority:

8. Changes

This policy may be updated, particularly if new tools (audience measurement, forms) are added to the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
